Rate information
Rates are valid per night and room with standard occupancy from a minimum stay of 3 nights, including half board and excluding tourist tax. For short stays of 1 to 2 nights, we charge an additional 20% of the room rate. All rates listed are gross rates. Subject to change without notice.
Bed and breakfast
For bed and breakfast only, the rate is reduced by €13.00 per person.
Double room for single use
Of course, double rooms can also be booked for single use, depending on availability. We charge 80% of the double room rate for this.
Arrival and departure
Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Children
A child under the age of 6 can stay for free on an extra bed in their parents’ room as part of the booked package. For each further cot/extra bed, we charge:
- €20.00 for children under 6 years old
- €30.00 for children between 6 and 11 years old
- €36.00 for children between 12 and 13 years old
- €50.00 for teenagers from 14 years old
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is charged for each guest from the age of 12. It amounts to:
- €1.95 per child/teenager between 12 and 15 years old
- €2.60 per person from 16 years old
Payment methods
We will be glad to accept payment of your hotel bill in cash or by debit card. Payment is due on your day of departure. Thank you for understanding that we can only accept credit cards in exceptional cases.
Cancellation policy
If something gets in the way of your holiday, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of late cancellation, we charge up to 80% of the room rate for the planned stay. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
